What To Expect
Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes)
We'll meet weekly via video for up to 60 minutes. In each session, I'll ask thought-provoking questions, share observations, and work with you in a safe, judgment-free space to create intentions, action steps, and goals. Between sessions, you'll experiment with what you choose to do for yourself—this is where the real transformation happens.
Two 90-Minute Workshops
In addition to weekly coaching, you'll participate in two interactive workshops:
